Use this checklist to collect information about the customer's environment and verify that it meets Security Center SaaS requirements.
- Review the internet service level agreement (SLA) with the customer's internet provider.
- Resolve any outstanding IT or security concerns before purchase.
- Make sure that Security Center SaaS supports the features that you

- Number of Synergis™ Cloud Link units
- Number of Axis Powered by Genetec units
- Number of access control devices, such as readers, inputs, and outputs
- Estimated number of cardholders and credentials to be handled
- Number of camera devices, including models
- Number of Genetec Cloudlink™ appliances
- FPS, resolution, and retention to ensure that the correct package is chosen
- Video compression standards, of which only H.264 is supported
To view H.265 (HEVC) and AV1 video streams that are federated into Security Center SaaS, user workstations must have an NVIDIA GPU or Intel Quick Sync (11th-generation CPU or newer) and the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- ISP policies: Static versus dynamic IP addressing
- Required firewall configuration
- Number of remote systems and their corresponding federated camera connections
- Available upload bandwidth per site
- Any required expansion resources on site, such as IP door controllers
