Deleting user profiles

If a user profile is no longer required, you can delete it in the Configuration task.

What you should know

Deleting a profile signs the user out immediately and prevents future sign-ins.
Deleting a profile does not delete the user's login.genetec.com account.

Procedure

In the Configuration task, select Users.
Click the Users tab, and select a user.
From the side panel, click > Delete .
In the confirmation window, click Delete user.
