Actions available for threat levels
Threat level actions can apply to specific entities or to all entities within an area hierarchy.
For example, the Start recording action typically applies to a single camera. However, when used as part of a threat level activation, it can apply to all entities. When you set this threat level in area, all cameras in the area hierarchy start recording.
If you configure a threat level action for a specific entity, the action applies to that entity whether or not it is in the area where the threat level is set.
Actions exclusive to threat levels
The following action can only be executed as part of a threat level action list or as part of an automation response:

| Set minimum security clearance | Sets the minimum level of security clearance required for cardholders to enter
the area, in addition to the restrictions imposed by access rules. If perimeter
doors in the area were previously unlocked due to an unlock schedule, they become
locked. This action only works with door controllers that support the feature. Supported values can vary depending on the access control hardware. |
