  - Adding devices
    To add your devices you can scan a QR code, enter the information manually, or automatically discover devices on the local network.

      After initially starting a Genetec Cloudlink™ appliance and connecting it to the network, you must add it to Security Center SaaS before it becomes operational.

Adding Mercury controllers

To enable communication between Security Center SaaS and Mercury controllers, add the controllers to a Genetec Cloudlink™ appliance in Genetec™ Configuration desktop.

Before you begin

Add your Genetec Cloudlink appliance to Security Center SaaS.

What you should know

Mercury controllers must connect to Cloudlink 210 appliances. This is the only model that supports the access control application in the Cloudlink portal. The application is required to connect Security Center SaaS to the controller.

Genetec Configuration web can’t be used to add Mercury controllers to Security Center SaaS.
After adding a Mercury controller, you can view and manage it only in Configuration desktop.
