Deleting cardholders and visitors

If an individual no longer requires access to secured areas, you can delete their profile in the Access control task.

What you should know

You must have the Delete cardholders privilege to delete a cardholder profile.
You must have the Check out visitors privilege to delete a visitor profile.

Procedure

From the vertical navigation bar, click Access control.
Select a cardholder or visitor from the list.
Do one of the following:
- For cardholders, click Show more > Delete .
- For visitors, click Show more > Check out .
