To federate on-premises Security Center systems into Security Center SaaS using Security Center Federation™, you must open firewall ports to enable communication between the sites.

Federation of on-premises systems into Security Center SaaS

The following table lists the default network ports that are used in a Federation setup. The administrator can choose to use different ports.
