Filtering and sorting devices

To facilitate device management, you can filter and sort devices by specific criteria.

What you should know

  • You can filter devices by type, status, manufacturer, and model.
  • Filter options are based on the devices enrolled in your system.
  • If you select an option from one filter, it doesn't modify the options of other filters.

Procedure

  1. In the Configuration task, click Devices.
  2. Click on a filter and select your filter options.
  3. Click Apply.
    Note:
    Applied filters remain active when you navigate between pages in the Configuration task. Filters are reset when you sign out.
  4. (Optional) If you display devices in list view, click the column headers to sort devices by column in ascending or descending order.
  5. (Optional) Click Clear filter to remove all applied filters.
