Adding users
Before you can manage devices and users in Genetec™ Configuration, you must first add users in Security Center SaaS. Different roles can also be added to the users to grant different system privileges.

    Users represent individuals with access to the Security Center SaaS system. System administrators create user entities and configure their rights and privileges in Genetec™ Configuration.

Deleting user profiles

If a user profile is no longer required, you can delete it in Genetec™ Configuration web.

What you should know

Deleting a profile signs the user out immediately and prevents future sign-ins.
Deleting a profile does not delete the user's login.genetec.com account.

Procedure

In Genetec Configuration web, select Users from the left sidebar.
Click the Users tab.
Click a user.
The side panel opens, displaying the user's information.
Click > Delete .

The Delete user confirmation message is displayed.
Click Delete user.
