About subscription plans

A subscription plan is a package of features, services, and support available with on-premises and cloud service subscriptions. Each system uses a single subscription plan.

In Security Center SaaS, two subscription plans are available:

Standard Plan: The Security Center SaaS standard plan is a package for organizations that want a security solution with cloud-managed operations and administration. This plan focuses on site management and includes video, access control, intrusion, intercom integrations, and investigations.
Premium Plan: The Security Center SaaS premium plan is a package for organizations that want a cloud-managed security solution. This plan includes day-to-day security monitoring and site management, plus enterprise-level capabilities such as identity management, work management, corporate single sign-on, and API integrations.

Plan selection

A Security Center SaaS system is paired with a subscription plan during the ordering process. The plan outlines the capabilities and can be changed at any time.

The minimum subscription term is 1 year. Subscriptions are also available for 3-year and 5-year terms. Monthly subscription terms are not supported.

Considerations:

Subscriptions renew automatically.
Available features and benefits vary depending on the selected plan.

Important:

All connections associated with the system must match the selected plan. You cannot mix and match Standard Plan and Premium Plan subscription parts within the same system.
