To simplify the sign-in and authentication process, you can integrate your corporate identity provider with Security Center SaaS to enable single sign-on (SSO).

Transferring existing users to your new corporate SSO login service

After setting up your corporate identity provider, existing Security Center SaaS users must complete a one-time transfer to the new login service to use single sign-on (SSO).

Procedure

During your first sign-in, confirm the change to your login service by clicking Continue.
Sign in to your corporate identity provider.
After the corporate login succeeds, a verification code is sent to the email initially used to set up a password with Genetec.
Enter your code and click Verify code.
A message confirms that the code was successfully verified.
Click Continue.

Your account is transferred to your new login service. You can now use your corporate identity provider for SSO authentication on most Genetec cloud-based products and online services:
