Viewing automatic user provisioning synchronization status

You can check the overall status of the automatic user provisioning synchronization. You can also review the provisioning logs in Microsoft Azure to see more granular details about the automatic user provisioning synchronization activities.

Set up automatic user provisioning.

What you should know

Microsoft Entra ID imposes a 40-minute provisioning interval between synchronizations. Any modifications performed to your users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID might not be visible in Security Center SaaS immediately.

Procedure

  1. To determine the next planned synchronization time, go to your Microsoft Entra ID Overview page, click Manage and select Enterprise applications.

  2. Search for the enterprise application that was created during the setup call with Genetec.

  3. Select the enterprise application from the list and click Provisioning.

  4. Click Overview and expand View provisioning details.
    The Completed field shows when the last synchronization occurred, and the Provisioning interval field shows the interval between synchronizations.

  5. (Optional) Click View provisioning logs to see more granular information about your automatic provisioning synchronization activities.
    Note:
    If the log details are long, the Provisioning Logs page includes useful filters to manipulate the data for your needs.
