status
2025-05-30Last updated
You can check the overall status of the automatic user provisioning synchronization.
You can also review the provisioning logs in Microsoft Azure to see more granular details about
the automatic user provisioning synchronization activities.
Microsoft Entra ID imposes a 40-minute provisioning interval between synchronizations.
Any modifications performed to your users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID might not be
visible in Security Center SaaS
immediately.
Procedure
To determine the next planned synchronization time, go to your Microsoft Entra ID
Overview page, click Manage and select
Enterprise applications.
Search for the enterprise application that was created during the
setup call with
Genetec.
Select the enterprise application from the list and click
Provisioning.
Click Overview and expand View provisioning
details.
The Completed field shows when the last synchronization
occurred, and the Provisioning interval field shows the interval
between synchronizations.
(Optional) Click View provisioning logs to see more granular
information about your automatic provisioning synchronization activities.
Note:
If the log details are long, the Provisioning
Logs page includes useful filters to manipulate the data for your
needs.
