Granting access to the web portal

Before a user can access the Genetec ClearID™ web portal, you must grant them the required User or Administrator permissions for the website.

What you should know

The identity that you want to grant access to must exist in the system.
To grant a User or an Administrator permission to access the website, you must be an account administrator.

Procedure

Choose one of the following:

The selected identity now has access to the web portal with either User or Administrator privileges.

After you finish

Log on to the web portal.
