You can customize the email banner image that is used for access requests and visitor requests email notifications sent for the site.

Procedure

In the ClearID web portal, click Organization > Sites .
Search for and select a site.
Click Images.
1. In the Email banner section, drag and drop your picture or browse to select the Email banner image.
2. Click Save.
  The following example shows an email banner with a custom image.
