Changing your multi-factor authentication settings

To enhance security, you can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) or modify your existing MFA settings for Security Center SaaS.

What you should know

Users must change their own MFA settings.

Procedure

Sign into your Genetec™ account at https://login.genetec.com/profile.
On the Security & Confidentiality page, click Change MFA method.
On the Multi-factor authentication (MFA) page, select one of the following:

Email

Select this option to receive verification codes by email when you sign in.

SMS

Select this option to receive a verification code by SMS when you sign in. If you select this option, you must enter the phone number that receives the SMS.
Click Update.
