Mapping a virtual output to an input in Security Center SaaS

To manually trigger an output on a Bosch intrusion panel, you must create a virtual input by mapping the output to its associated input in Security Center SaaS.

Before you begin

Create a virtual output on the Bosch panel.

1. In Genetec™ Configuration desktop, open the Area view task.
2. Select an intrusion detection area and click the Properties tab.
3. From the Output list, select the output that is physically connected to the input.
4. From the Input list, select the input that is physically connected to the output.

   

5. Click Apply.

• The input changes to a virtual input ().
• Operators can trigger the output in the Monitoring and Maps tasks.
