To monitor, control, and report on a Honeywell Galaxy intrusion panel in Security Center SaaS, you must add it to a Genetec Cloudlink appliance.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. From the Devices page in the Configuration task, click Add device, and follow the steps in the configuration wizard.
The intrusion panel is added to Security Center SaaS in an inactive state.
  2. Select the panel from the devices list, and click Configuration.
  3. In the Remote PIN field, enter the panel's remote PIN.
  4. From the DIP switch 8 list, select the setting used by the panel.
  5. Import the panel's configuration file:
    1. Click Select a file.
    2. Select the XML file that was exported from the Galaxy RSS application and click Open.
    3. Click Save.
    Important:
If changes are made to the panel settings, you must re-import the XML file into Security Center SaaS.
The panel and its intrusion areas, inputs, outputs, and users are imported into Security Center SaaS. You can view them in the Intrusion task in Genetec™ Configuration desktop.
