Importing intrusion panel cardholders into Security Center SaaS

Import existing intrusion panel cardholders to create Security Center SaaS cardholder records that can be managed centrally.

What you should know

Users on an intrusion panel are called cardholders in Security Center SaaS.
Cardholders imported from intrusion panels are created as individual Security Center SaaS cardholders.

Procedure

From the homepage in Genetec™ Configuration, open the Intrusion detection task.
In the entity browser, select the Intrusion role.
Click the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.
Select a Genetec Intrusion Bridge
Click Import all cardholders, and then click OK.

Warning:
Importing cardholders from panels overwrites the cardholders listed in the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.

The selected cardholders are imported into Security Center SaaS and are available as Security Center SaaS cardholders.
