Adding Security Center SaaS cardholders to a Genetec Intrusion Bridge

Before granting a cardholder access to an intrusion panel, you must add them to the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge associated to the panel.

What you should know

  • The Genetec Intrusion Bridge is part of the Intrusion application that runs on Genetec Cloudlink™ appliances.
  • If you have multiple intrusion panels connected to a Genetec Intrusion Bridge, you can push Security Center SaaS cardholders to all of the panels simultaneously.
  • Changes to the configured cardholders and cardholder groups are automatically pushed to the Genetec Intrusion Bridge.

Procedure

  1. In Genetec™ Configuration desktop, open the Intrusion detection task.
  2. In the entity browser, click the Intrusion role.
  3. Click the Genetec Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab, and select the Genetec Intrusion Bridge associated with the intrusion panel you want to configure.
  4. Click Add an item (), and select the cardholders or cardholder groups you want to add.
    To push all cardholders and cardholder groups to the Genetec Intrusion Bridge, click Import all cardholders.
  5. Click OK, then click Apply.
The selected cardholders are added to the Genetec Intrusion Bridge.
