Adding Mercury controllers

To enable communication between Security Center SaaS and Mercury controllers, add the controllers to a Genetec Cloudlink™ appliance in Genetec™ Configuration desktop.

What you should know

• Mercury controllers must connect to a Cloudlink appliance that supports the Access control application. The application is required to connect Security Center SaaS to the controller.
• The Configuration task can’t be used to add Mercury controllers to Security Center SaaS.
• After adding a Mercury controller, you can view and manage it only in Configuration desktop.

1. Prepare your Mercury controllers to be added to a Genetec Cloudlink appliance.
2. Add the Mercury controllers to a Genetec Cloudlink appliance.
