Adding Mercury controllers

To enable communication between Security Center SaaS and Mercury controllers, add the controllers to a Genetec Cloudlink™ appliance in Genetec™ Configuration desktop.
Before you begin
What you should know
- Mercury controllers must connect to a Cloudlink appliance that supports the Access
control application. The application is required to connect Security Center SaaS to the
controller.
For more information about the access control application on the Cloudlink portal, see Synergis™ Softwire Configuration Guide for Genetec Cloudlink in Security Center SaaS.
- The Configuration task can’t be used to add Mercury controllers to Security Center SaaS.
- After adding a Mercury controller, you can view and manage it only in Configuration desktop.
Procedure
- Prepare your Mercury controllers to be added to a Genetec Cloudlink appliance.
- Add the Mercury controllers to a Genetec Cloudlink appliance.
