Preparing to add Honeywell Galaxy intrusion panels to Security Center SaaS

Configure the settings on your Honeywell Galaxy intrusion panel before adding the panel to Security Center SaaS.

Before you begin

Make sure that your panel is compatible with Security Center SaaS. For more information, see the Security Center SaaS Supported Device List.
Read the Honeywell Galaxy documentation that applies to your hardware.
Review the best practices for connecting intrusion panels to the network. For more information, see Best practices for connecting intrusion panels to the network.

Procedure

Unblock the required ports on all routers, switches, and network devices to enable communication with the Genetec Cloudlink™ appliance that connects to the Galaxy panel.

Configure the panel using the Galaxy RSS application.
