Removing cardholders temporarily from an intrusion panel

To temporarily revoke a cardholder's or cardholder group's access to an intrusion panel, you can temporarily remove them from the panel configuration.

What you should know

• Users on an intrusion panel are called cardholders in Security Center SaaS.
• Security Center SaaS doesn't support the removal of cardholders from Honeywell Galaxy panels. This must be done using the Honeywell software.
• If you add a cardholder to a group that doesn't have access to a panel, the cardholder loses access to the panel. If you remove the cardholder from the group, they automatically regain access.

1. In Genetec™ Configuration, open the Intrusion detection task.
2. In the entity browser, expand the Intrusion role and select an intrusion panel.
3. Click the Users tab.
4. For each cardholder, click Exclude ().

The cardholder status changes to Excluded.

After you finish

To re-instate a cardholder or cardholder group on the panel, click Re-instate ().
