Before you add Security Center SaaS cardholders to an intrusion panel, you must push them to the Genetec Cloudlink™ connected to the panel.

Before you begin

Import users from your intrusion panels into Security Center SaaS.

What you should know

  • After you export Security Center SaaS cardholders to the Genetec Cloudlink™, you aren't required to import cardholders.
  • Changes to the configured cardholders and cardholder groups are automatically pushed to the Intrusion app on the Genetec Cloudlink™.
  • If you have multiple intrusion panels connected to a Genetec Cloudlink™, you can push Security Center SaaS cardholders to all of the panels simultaneously.

Procedure

  1. In Genetec™ Configuration desktop, open the Intrusion detection task.
  2. In the entity browser, click the Intrusion role.
  3. Click the Genetec Intrusion Bridge cardholder section tab.
  4. Click Add an item ().
  5. Select the cardholders or cardholder groups that you want to add to the Genetec Cloudlink™.
    Note:
If you select All cardholders, it will push all cardholders and cardholder groups.
  6. Click OK, then click Apply.
The Security Center SaaS cardholders are added to the list of cardholders.
Note:
If some cardholders can't be added to the list, a warning appears. To view the affected cardholders, click the information button in the warning.

Add users to an intrusion panel.
