Removing users from an intrusion panel

If a cardholder no longer requires access to an intrusion panel, you can remove them from the panel in Genetec™ Configuration desktop.

What you should know

You can't remove a user from a Honeywell Galaxy panel in Security Center SaaS.

Procedure

  1. In Genetec™ Configuration desktop, open the Intrusion detection task.
  2. In the entity browser, expand the intrusion role and click an intrusion panel.
  3. Click the Users tab.
  4. Click the Delete () button for the cardholder.
  5. Click Apply.
