Removing cardholders from an intrusion panel

When a cardholder no longer requires access to an intrusion panel, you can delete them from the panel in Genetec™ Configuration desktop.

What you should know

• Users on an intrusion panel are called cardholders in Security Center SaaS.
• Honeywell Galaxy panel users can only be removed through the Honeywell software.

1. In Genetec™ Configuration desktop, open the Intrusion detection task.
2. In the entity browser, expand the Intrusion role and select an intrusion panel.
3. Click the Users tab.
4. For any cardholders you want to remove, click Delete ().
5. Click Apply.
