Removing cardholders from an intrusion panel

If a cardholder no longer requires access to an intrusion panel, you can delete them from the panel in Genetec™ Configuration.

What you should know

• Users on an intrusion panel are called cardholders in Security Center SaaS.
• You can only remove cardholders from Honeywell Galaxy panels using the Honeywell software.

1. In Configuration, open the Intrusion detection task.
2. ​In the entity browser, expand the ​​Intrusion Manager role and select an intrusion panel.
3. Click the Users tab.
4. For any cardholders you want to remove, click Delete ().
5. Click Apply.

The cardholders are removed from the intrusion panel.
