Configuring advanced settings on intrusion panels
After you add an intrusion panel in Genetec™ Configuration web, you can configure its advanced settings in Genetec Configuration desktop.
Importing cardholders from intrusion panels to Security Center SaaS
After you add an intrusion panel to a Genetec™ Cloudlink, you can import the users of the panel into Security Center SaaS.

  - Adding devices

Importing cardholders from intrusion panels to Security Center SaaS

After you add an intrusion panel to a Genetec™ Cloudlink, you can import the users of the panel into Security Center SaaS.

Before you begin

Add an intrusion panel.

What you should know

Cardholders imported from intrusion panels are created as individual Security Center SaaS cardholders.
When users are imported from panels, they overwrite the cardholders listed in the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.

Procedure

From the homepage in Genetec™ Configuration desktop, open the Intrusion detection task.
In the entity browser, click the Intrusion Manager.
Click the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.
Select a Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge.
Click Import all cardholders.
Click OK.

The imported cardholders are displayed in the Cardholders section of the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection page.
