Importing cardholders from intrusion panels to Security Center SaaS

You can import existing cardholders from an intrusion panel after you add it to Security Center SaaS.

What you should know

• Users on an intrusion panel are called cardholders in Security Center SaaS.
• Cardholders imported from intrusion panels are created as individual Security Center SaaS cardholders.
• Importing cardholders from panels overwrites the cardholders listed in the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.

1. From the homepage in Genetec™ Configuration desktop, open the Intrusion detection task.
2. In the entity browser, click the Intrusion role.
3. Click the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.
4. Select a Genetec Intrusion Bridge, and click Import all cardholders.
5. Click OK.

The imported cardholders appear in the Cardholders section of the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.
