Importing users from intrusion panels to Security Center SaaS

After you add an intrusion panel to Security Center SaaS, you can import its users.

Before you begin

Add an intrusion panel.

What you should know

Cardholders imported from intrusion panels are created as individual Security Center SaaS cardholders.
When users are imported from panels, they overwrite the cardholders listed in the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.

Procedure

From the homepage in Genetec™ Configuration desktop, open the Intrusion detection task.
In the entity browser, click the Intrusion role.
Click the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.
Select a Genetec Cloudlink™.
Click Import all cardholders.
Click OK.

The imported cardholders are displayed in the Cardholders section of the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection page.
